Hi Guys, Please let me know the answer for this Q. I am confused

A fatal case of necrotizing fasciitis (NF) caused by a community-acquired invasive group A streptococcus (GAS) infection occurred in the Spokane, Washington area. Four other cases of invasive GAS infection that were clustered in time and in the geographic area were identified. All five of the GAS isolates were studied for their epidemiologic relationship. What type of testing of the isolates would best provide evidence that these five cases represented a common-source outbreak?

A)antibiotic susceptibility
B)bacteriophage typing
C)capsular serotyping
D)protein A serotyping
E)pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) of chromosomal DNA
