hi,,every body,,first of all thanku very much for making this forum very very helping n really,,,rocking,,,infact i m writing here first time ,

i m ,,rohit from jaipur,,india, an intern,,,had given step 1 on 19th june,,after the exam,, was very hopeless n frustrated,,just remembered my silly,,mistakes n wrong question,,really had no idea ,,what would my score be!!!!!,,,,,,,,,,,passed a month long period of confusion,,,,

n finally,,the much awaited person,,,arrived,,,,my postman,,with the score sheet,,,,

i got 92/227,,,,,,the way i was hopeless,,i was satisfied after my score,,and happy a bit

,but i m not able to make out,,if this score is competitive enough for residency in us,,after all i will b applying for 2008,,so talking in future senario,,,really,,need,,,some guidance,,,,,i will b very thankful if anybody,,replying me,,,pls,.,,,help...thanks

227 is a great score - what's the problem. But is it good enough for what?

is that true ,,that residency in psychiatry ,,is matched at low scores ,,,,,asking in that point of view,that is my score,,good one for psychiatry,,?

Your score is a very good one.Try to get a similar score in Step 2 ,you should get ur prefered residency comfortably.
