do people who match with neuro get their prelim year in the same hospital?

I´m applying to neuro this year, and I have done some research about it. Some programs are integrated, this means that your PGY1 year is included in the program, other are not integrated and you have to apply for a prelim position in the same hospital or elsewere.
You have to reseach each indivisual program. I hope this helps.
