Just heard and confirmed that usmleworld has a new step 1 qbank.. read from 1 poster that this was an excellent resource.. anyone have any feedback on this new q-bank??? only 40 bucks for a month, and if you think about 1000'sq's only they must be targeting only the HY stuff.. Anyone have any feedback on this??? I'm doing more of a question based review.. was going to save this till the end.. but if they are that tough may need more time.. and i dont want to freak myself out close to exam time.. any thoughts? or did I answer my own questions..

yes i am doing that its worth doing them they are really good infact explanations are very good i would highly recommend it.

I've started doing them also, they're good, though in my opinion they are harder than Kaplan Qbank, they really make your brain work, and to be honest I'm trying hard not to let the results disappoint me, I keep telling myself these are for learning purpose not assessment.( BTW I've only done nearly 20% of it)

khorshid...I did usmleworld for step 2...it is hard but if u score a 60 some one it likelihood is that u'll pass but plz...read the explainations throughly till u totally know them..i'm sure it's worth it guys....study hard but don't lose heart.....just learn..that's the key to success.

I’m using step 1 UW qbank, I think it’s OK, but not as good step2 questions. There are no questions about behavioural science, and as you said it’s only 1000 q long. It looks like is still on the developing process. But overall is a good supplemental source.
About freaking out, UW trends to do that on a lot of people, the questions are hard, in step 2 forums they recommend it as a learning tool and not an assessment. But step 1 qbank is new, and there are not a lot of opinions yet.
By the way, How are you doing with the questions?, I’m scoring 68% with 700q done, I’m trying to see where I stand?

yeah thanks guys.. think im gonna sign up for it.. and just treat it as a learning tool for me...68% wow, thats pretty high, read one poster got a 47% on a few blocks after scoring 69% cummulative on qbank! good luck. Anyone want to form a discussion group based on this q-bank? where are all you guys in terms of your review? done all the Kaplan readings, q-bank, FA and now doing usmleworld??

I've done 150 Qs till now, and I've scored 62%, I'm doing all the subjects though( not categorically), and I'm not done with my revision of biochem and pharm yet. So compared to me you're good
