Dear friends,
i'am an IMG applying for 2007 match. It would be difficult for me to get MPSE. Can i applying without MPSE. My medical school credentials have been verified. Please help me because i'am really worried with that

yes u can apply without MSPE.To make ur application look complete ecfmg will supply the programs with a 'filliing letter'.So relax.

MSPE is very important for AMG'S almost a must.

Meanwhile even when u r applying for programs and if u have time,u can try to get a letter from ur head of institution(dean's letter).ONLY IF U HAVE TIME.no need to break ur head for that.

I know of a surgery resident who had no MSPE last year and matched in a university program.

I'm preparing MSPE. I type myself based on my transcript and my clinical clerkships (I kept their dates, times, grades) then give MSPE to my school to check.

If everything is ok, they may certify for me.

Since MSPE is very long and I'm sure that medical schools outside the US do not spend time to do it to help their students. So it is better we prepare then checked by our school.

MPSE is only mandatory for AMGs. If you don't have one, don't sweat it.
