norepinephrine works on alpha1, alpha2 and beta1 receptors. As a result it increases total peripherial resistance, systolic and diastolic blood pressure -> reflex bradycardia may ensue.
epinephrine works on aplha1, aplha2, beta1 and beat2 receptors. At low doses beta activation predominates -> TPR decreases (beta2) and HR increases (beta1). At high doses alfa activation predominates and epinephrine has similar effect to norepinephreine including reflex bradycardia.
