late answer, but here you are

OKT3 binds to CD3 molecule on T cells, causing either anergy(without anti-CD28 signal) or T cell eradication by following mechanisms, complement-dependent cytolysis, cell-mediated antibody-dependent cytolysis.

OKT3 is used to block the function of Tcells which play a major role in acute graft rejection.
