it`s RCC. inc. erythropoetin causes inc. RBC which in turn inc. blood viscosity and may cause infarctions or stroke.

well i can`t think of a possiblity that connects renal infarct to the CNS symptoms. BUT... it could be possible if the story was a bit different!! "Atrial Fibrillation": in this case emboli can travel basically anywhere, most commonly to the brain as well as the Kidneys, causing infarctions. but there is nothing mentioned about any heart conditions. any other ideas?
