When smbd should expect receiving the usmle cd?I paid the exam fee, i got my orange permit, but didnt get the cd.Are there any other documents i should receive?

I took step 2 last week, and I never recived the CD. Only the orange permit. I might be wrong but the questions in the cd are the same from those you can download from usmle webpage.

I received my CD 3-4 weeks after my orange permit and no, there isn't anything else beside the permit and the CD. However, why wait for the CD when you can download the same material from www.usmle.org? It's the same thing. GL!
