I know 3 doctors in the US who are willing to write LORs for me because they know me. But I have never practised in the US. What should they write? If they write about my exceptional medical practise outside the US, will it worth it? Or to be of value, I have to obtain it from an USCE?

I think U can work with them -even for one week- during UR US stay for CS then they can say that U worked with them (or better trained) without mentioning the time otherwise they can write that U worked with them in UR home country if they visited it
