yeah, A is the answer given.

when I did my gyn rotation I saw so many cases of PCOS and thought that ovulatory factor has more to do with infertility.

Could you please explain why peritoneal factor?

remember pid is the most common coz of infertiltiy..adhesions alter tube dynamics for example..hence infertiltiy
