how to send LOR hi, can somebody please tell me how to send an LOR. I have LORs of some physicians who gave the letter to me and others who want to send it directly. Now, to ensure that all these LORs reach safely how do i go about it? Can i tell the physician to give me a sealed copy of the LOR with the cover letter so that i can post it and then track it to see if its reached? and what about those which i do not waive my right to see, can i send those with my dean's letter etc or do i have to attach a cover letter to these too. Do we have to write the name and aamc id on the back of these letters too? Please please help me with this, i am quite confused and running out of time in this work!

yup u can send all ur LORs together except the 'waived' ones which are sent byy the LOR writer. all envelopes must have 1 document subission form waived LORs also require a coversheet eg: waived LOR + coversheet + document subission form in 1 envelope ALL non-waived LORs + photos + MSPE + transcript + document subission form in 1 envelope

i have my lors with me written by my attendings 2 months ago. AAMC ID was received last week and so the LoRs do not have the AAMC ID in subject line? what can be done? do i hand write it on top of the letters or do i write it on top of the envelope and consider it okay?
