Churg-Strauss and PAN are very similar. The big different is that PAN has RANal (mnemonic for PAN is RANal) involvement, in Churg-Strauss it is very rare. If they want you to pick Churg-Strauss they would give you bundant eosinophilia and granulomas as its characteristics.
