Hi, I surprisingly found out that many so called IMG friendly hospitals almost only take Indians. Sure, it is good news to Indian IMG. One example:www.guthrie.org/residency (please see the video on the director's page.) Any chance for us who are not Indian in these programs? Do we even bother to apply to those programs? If we choose not to apply, then I have to ask which hospitals we can apply? ( sure, will save lots of money.) I really don't see many. Anybody with experiences, please share. Too confused. ------------------------------------------------- I know that there are many Indian IMGs on this board. Congr. to all of you. I am really very jealous. -------------------------------------------- This is definitely not my country.

Hey caseasean, haha,, that was interesting. The picture on the Internal medicine page looks like a year book picture for the University of Hyderabad, class of 1985. Obviously the picture also remins us of another fact, All the brain from india has migrated to the USA, unfortunately the beauty hasnt caught up yet. good luck in your hunt.

Well it happens that most imgs applying are Indians and so u see more indian imgs ina place where amgs wont go. for example synergy medical centre saginaw is full of andhrites and tamil people, because most amgs wont even apply there. http://www.schi.org/res_program/im_residents.html even in guthrie there r residents from other countries as well.
