Hello Doctors, We are developing a FREE non-profit website that will provide residency information for all residency programs in the US. We are going to contact all of the residency programs to gather the information SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO ! Could you please provide your input on what QUESTIONS We should ask them. Any input you can give will be great help to us and to thousands of medical graduates like yourself. The database will be freely available to all. for example: Minimum USMLE score? List of Documents? What is the deadline? Is your program IMG friendly ? etc.. Thanks MedRAID.org Team

that webpage will be for FREE???? and you will provide us with all that information?? what to ask? -% of IMGs -minim scores -J1 and/or H1b, or only US residents/seniors? -do they require U.S. clinical experience? does an externship/observership/research count? -deadline? -special requirements for documents? -any limit in the number of years after graduation for IMGs?

Hi chemamr, the system we have developed will be able to ask any of your questions to all the program directors..so don't hold back on any of your questions that can help you in any way. For example: Questions we are going to ask is not just for admission purpose, but we are also going to ask them if they provide Observership or not.. etc tell all your friends to send their questions at medraid_feedback@yahoo.com with your help we can create great site that helps all medical graduates in finding free information. cheers, MedRAID team.

Here are some questions id like to ask: 1. the number of work hours and call schedules and the responsibilities during that time, i.e. if there is an upper level present during call or not, etc 2. perhaps some reviews of residents who are already in the program, or some means of contacting residents to get their perspective 3. research opportunities, both clinical and benchwork 4. compensation and benefits, with reference to cost of living in their city

another good question could be: what's the percentage of accepted applicants of the interviewees??? for instance: 200 interviews and only 30 accepted or something like that.

You got that right ! I just want to help you guys.. I know its frustrating when we don't get accurate and important information on which our life's most important decisions depends. Its also a personal need. Few of my family members and friends are in the same boat as you are and I have to help them. I am a software developer and I like to solve problems just once and for all Cheers, MedRAID Team

exactly, perhaps this site won't be done/complete for the applicants in this match, but it will be of great help for future IMGs applicating for the next matches.

Hi Guys, The site should be ready in two months..however it will take some time before we will receive enough data from the residency programs. It all depends on them.. how fast they respond to our requests..But believe me if they take us seriously..this new website will surpass FREIDA in its ability to gather and search information. Cheers, MedRAID Team
