Internal fixation with sliding screw and plate, and early mobilization. C. Primary arthroplasty with early mobilization. D. Lower limb skeletal traction. E. 1. B. early immobilisation neccessary to prevent DVT 2. E. fracture does not usually heal due to avascular necrosis of head of femur and also early mobilisation to prevent pnemonia and DVT.

1. B. rigid internal fixation allows early mobilization, not immobilisation, which reduces the complications caused by prolonged bedrest, especially for the elder.
