u can just put personal statement in google search and then go to various sites to look for the best ones.Also see www.aippg.info

Please donot copy personal statements from websites. It can cause an enquiry and action by ECFMG(see ERAS for more info). You get a good idea though by seeing these websites. There are plenty if you google.

yes copying sop can be detrimental for ur residency aspirations,people can make out if u have written it or not,it is ok to borrow ideas but copying,i would advise against it.

just write what you feel honestly, don't lie,don't exaggerate, be honest but don't sell yourself short, the biggest problem I had was writing good things about myself, it seemed to self consuming and arrogand, but if you can't be honest about your best qualities then how can you expect someone else--who doesn't know you as well as you know yourself- to be that honestand good luck
