A 75yr old female presents to the doctor with the chief complaint of vaginal spotting. A. Endolymphatic stromal myosis

B. Endometrial carcinoma

C. Endometrial stromal carcinoma

D. Leiomyosarcoma

E. Malignant mixed mullerian tumor

oh yeah, my reasoning is that it's the only option that has both epithelial and stromal features.
