Hey pallav, my exam is in 27 days (30th of August). I'm only doing questions now and trying to find time to go through Goljan's HY 100 page notes. I think questions are the way to go, specially if you've already read Kaplan twice. You could go for Kaplan's Qbank or/and USMLERX. I'm doing both these days, just coming to the computer, solving questions and going through the answers, actively memorizing concepts that I'm rusty in and moving past hurriedly in things I got right and am sure about. You won't believe how this exercise will boost ur confidence. If you can't affort to get the online Qbank version, you can download the thing from various places, the links to them were recently put up on the site. There are also lots of pretest books with 300-400 questions each.

So there are lots of questions for you to do if you decide to just start going through questions from here on out. Aim to do some 4000-6000 questions till ur exam. It's a very labour intensive process, but it's worthwhile.

pallav
Mine is also at the end of this month.what I am doing is revising in the day time and qs in the night or vice versa.Doing qs alone will not make much a difference with out revison.Do qs as much as you can and revise too.
Put a time table for every subject and try not to worry about the subject you didn't do while you are reading another one.You can make a big difference on your performance in 28 days.
BTW where are the good people of the forum who took the exam recently. We need your guidance.p.s drop one or two lines of advise.
