doctor32...Please don't do this to yourself.I took my exam a few days ago and had an extremely queasy feeling....I felt unsure and crappy too and of course I remembered a whole bunch of gimmes which I messed up on.Then I decided to block it all out cos it was just making me feel miserable...and also cos I have CS coming up and really can't afford to be obsessing over whats done.Anyways....there really is no set calculation/formula to predict whether or not you passed. My advice would be to let it go....all this worrying will serve no purpose.Keep your fingers crossed and hope that all your hard work pays off.Keep the faith and good luck! Check out the exam experiences and you'll see many a success story after having had terrible exam experiences.Heres a one to get you started. http://www.prep4usmle.com/forum/thread/35492 http://www.prep4usmle.com/forum/thread/37330
