A 3-year-old boy has had intermittent headache and exophthalmos for 6 months and chronically infected ears
and nocturia for 3 months. Examination shows fluid draining from both ears. X-ray films of the skull show multiple, discrete, lytic bone lesions and bony destruction of the mandible. Which of the following is the most likely diagnosis?

A) Histiocytosis
B) Nutritional rickets
C) Osteogenesis imperfecta
D) Osteosarcoma

i agree with the answer..intermitent headche and protruding eyes--> i ve read as a manifestation of the disease...

nocturia---> DI may occur in the disease

was wondering abt the otitis as i hadnt read abt it...is it a maniesation of the disease or a distractor?
