sheeezooo is laziest...still one chapter left..goin to barns n noble now..will finish remaining chapter of gyne then i,ll start.to do uw question..see how much i can do..if i,ll done with those i,ll start obs..i did,t finish q book..just did one block from every subject which i think i forgot..

i havnt gone thru medessentials...so i really can t comment on it...saw ur post in the other thread so i guess u know about UW..
its not laziness, its boredom. if i can manage 25 min qs/day in the initial 10 days, followed by 90/day in hte last 20, so can u.
u c u dont need to have those 10 days as a continuum.
when ui cant stick to the books, its a >25 /day...if u have a good studying speed, its a 25qs/day on the areas u cover.
advice from another lazy soul..

yeah they r too much..thatswhy ..for one block ..4 hours...may be more sometimes when im makin notes...its not just the questions but explainations give u a lot of points
as usual crazy weekend..but today..i,ll study..finish all my work n go sit in barns n noble
im goin to do q book questions im bored from the same routine..thatwhy want to change ..also i need to finish q book too ..see what gonna happen..

C. Rhabdomyolsis (alcoholic with a recent stress, hematuira on dipstick without significant RBCs on urinalysis + the most important evidence of intrinsic renal failure i.e. high serum creatinine + BUN/Cr ratio of 1:10)
triad of renal cancer: fever, hematurea and pain in flank
bladder cancer presents with hematurea that is painless

febrile seizures
They most commonly and should not be diagnosed in children under the age of 6 months.
or over the age of 6 years.
In many cases, the first sign of fever is the onset of the seizure.
It has been theorized that the seizure is triggered by the rapidity of the rise in temperature, rather than the actual temperature reached.
