Bluish white papula, thin parachment like - epithelial thining - Lichen Sclerosis
Whitish, firm and Cartalaginious on palpation - thick keratin - Squamous Hyperplasia
White , pigmented, multifocal , cellular atypia - Squamous Dysplasia
Dark or Black Lesion -----Melanoma
Red Lesion commonly in postmeopausal white women --- Paget's diesease

not really
but better to get familiar where mets go and most common met side for particular organ ca,and wtas treatment strategy ,chemo ,resection or radio
in short u need to memorize ,no escape ,but try to memorize in scenario of treatment strategy not staraight 1 2 or stage,it will make it easier and useful
