I am in the race for 2007 match and have read ur helpful posts on this forum. I am waiting for Step 2 CS result and am hoping to start applying form september 1. I had a few questions, which i hope u might have answers to.
1- My husband is still waiting for USA Visa for CS Exam. He was initially schedueled for September, which now has been moved forward to December bcos of possible visa delays. I was planning to apply for IM couple match in Univ affiliated Community programs. I am not sure if my husband will be in time for this years match or not. In case I start applying in september with possiblity of couple match, how will the programs know of the change, if my husband pulls out of the match later?
2- Is it a wise idea at all to apply for couple match? Should I just apply seperately?
3- How can I find out which are good community programs. They all look good on webpages.
4- if a requirement for application is 85+ average, does it mean 83/89 can apply? or is it waste of time and money?
5- How important is US affiliation?
I will appreciate if someone replies.

1. u can decouple from couple match at any time if im not mistaken
2. not knowledable about couple, forget couple matches
check out previous posts on it. esp ask johnavin and bharatphoenix
3. go by ur gut instinct. read reviews on scutwork. see affil and stuff
