Does anyone have a link for First Aid 2005 in pdf format for download? I only want it so I can easily search the material and zoom in in seconds on what I need. I'm doing random blocks these days and switch from subject to subject all the time. It's a pain trying to find the appropriate page in First Aid everytime I switch to another topic. focusmle provided a link to the 2004 version, although it was labelled 2005. There's also a 2006 version out there on the net. Unfortunately the one I need is right in b/w these two editions. Anyone have a link?
