to all,
i'm wondering when you encouter a patient of neruology.. do u have to do COMPLETE neuro exam? if u do, i don even u could finish it in even 10 mins, let along taking history.

yup,that's my situation as well...if I take complete HX & then do the CNS exam then no matter how quickly I perfom but still it takes more that 15 min...:S....any1 has any tips.....?
