Anyone have a good way to remember the difference between Trisomy 13 and Trisomy 18?? {I usually think of more midline defects in Patau}

I could never remember the small characteristics until i saw a baby with Edwards at the hospital i was rotating in...It was ALL there! The rocker-bottom feet, the small jaw, the low-set ears, the clenched hand, and the prominent occiput! As for Patau, i think Cleft lip/palate and polydactyly are the most important/characterstic features, so if you just know those two they will stand out when you read a Q stem. (mental retardation, heart defects, early death...etc are non-speficic, so don't bother memorizing those)
