3 year old has fever, and flank pain. Which of the following is the MOST likely cause?

a-Meckel's diverticulum
b-vesiculo-ureteral reflux
c-sexual abuse
d-Wilm's tumor
e-(can't remember)?!

here's my take:

a-meckel's would likely give bloody stool, more likely RLQ pain, and most likely a palpable mass also.

d- wilm's tumor would likely NOT give a fever

And between reflux and sexual abuse, i figure an STD would have a long way to travel to reach the kidneys. So if it was a bladder infection, maybe, but a kidney infection from an STD...kinda pushing it in terms of being the MOST likely from the list.

So i guess B? (it was nbme so don't know the answer)
