a patient with PE and without hemodynamic compromise...what would be the most appropriate management- embolectomy or thrombolytics ?? and if with hemodynamic compromise then what is the most appropriate- embolectomy or thrombolytics ? this pt. has not been recently operated or does not have any other contraindications for thrombolytics ! hope to get this cleared today. thanks.
