Hi everyone
i've my test on 12th aug. suddenly today i started having panic attack--not able to study anything from morning.also feeling nausea---i dn't know wht to do. my prep --scored68% in UW--NBME_1, 3 wks back (without doing UW review-jst did once uw that time)-530. Need to revise 1 more time--but not able to study anything. PLs....HELP!!!!!

Hi.Since u took a long time doing UW (which is ofcourse good), you must have forgotten your earlier done topics.Set a deadline for completing a UW revision, and take kapsimulated/nbme,that'll reflect your true potential. You got out-of-the world scores in UW.
NOW IS NOT THE TIME TO GIVE UP/ OR EVEN SLOW DOWN for a person like u.
Gear up.You can do it.

ure just about normal...
remember u need to be anxious to study coz its boring!!
DONT give up now...its ok if u cudnt study coz of nerves ....as long as u learn to overcome it and get back into the super academic mode its ok
