An IMG just finished her Step 2CK, and recieved his visa to take step 2CS in Philadelphia on July 24, 2006. This morning, she arrived at NewArk airport from South India after 22 hours journey. She started to feel tired and dizzy, and seems to be not yet well adjusted to the time changes, well known as jet lag. She consulted one of her friend who is a resident in New Jersy. Her friend told her about taking melatonin tablet to treat jet-lag, so that she can be better prepared for her upcoming CS. What is the precursor of melatonin ?

e. Tryptophan
