c
After a long incubation period its late to tell close relatives to be aware of a posible contamination when they most probably already have been exposed to the virus..

Time exposure...
You dont become icteric after 6 to 8 weeks of the exposure.. By that time many of the closecontacts could have already been exposed...

mazinger i agree with u ..however id like to add that
--Immune globulin must be given within 2 weeks after exposure to hepatitis A virus for maximum protection.

--hepa vaccines shud be given to travellers to high and intermediates rates of hep a
--men who have sex with men
( this i found surprising, but has been recommended by the cdc)

though i gotta admit my instinctive response wud be E. this is what the recommendation for prevention is
--Hepatitis A vaccine is the best protection.
--Short-term protection against hepatitis A is available from immune globulin. It can be given before and within 2 weeks after coming in contact with HAV.
--Always wash your hands with soap and water after using the bathroom, changing a diaper, and before preparing and eating food.

duznt mention anything abt separate toilets
