Please BBB or Apurva and others, please help me here.
I have heard that the LOR's have to be addressed to the program directors, since I want to apply to more programs then I can think of, who do I address on the orignal LOR'S?? If I get 3 LOR's I am sure the people giving them will kill me if I ask them to address them to 400 different program directors?? How does that work?? How many letters does ERAS allow and can generic letters work, I mean addressing to the specialialy wvhich I have narrowed down to 2 but still do not have the names where I would like to send them??

just address it generically as
"dear program director" a la "dear brothers and sisters of all the brothers"
or "to whomsoever it may concern"
or "ref: fh"
