I'm not sure how many people know this, but the book Microbiology Made Ridiculously Simple is available for download online. The link has been mentioned here recently. If you missed it, you can find it at www.usmle.ge. The book is in a format called djvu. This is much much better than adobe in that it's not only more compact, but one can also search the book easily to look for a certain key word. I have MRS open in front of me on the computer, and when I need to look something up (I'm doing random blocks these days, so I can get anything from micro), I simply do a search for it on the file and find it immediately. The tables in MRS are also amazing. The trouble is that they are really small and many people here are using a pirated version of the book so the small text becomes even more blurred. With the djvu file however, you can print these tables onto white, good-quality printing paper and read them perfectly. I'm doing that myself these days. I was wondering then if anyone has heard of Netter's atlas online in djvu format?
