Yes, why isn't the answer C? Isn't IgE the one involved in type I hypersensitivity?

decensitisation therapy - repeated injections of increasing amounts of allergen, resulting in production of IgG antibodies that attach to allergen and prevent them from binding to mast cells.
In hypersensitivity reaction allergen first processed by APC, APC interacts with CD4,causing B cell maturation and production of IgE,which cause mast cell to release histamine.
