can anyone ans this plz
histologic findings which will establish diagnosis of acute appendicitis

a follicular lymphoid hyperplasia
b neutrophilic infiltrate of muscularis
c mucosal ulceration
d lymphoid infiltrate of mucosa

It's an acute inflammation: look for a neutrophilic infiltrate.
