So this guy was run through with a sword by this guy, and lived, in Florence, Italy, when he was about 21. I translated this from "Il Sole 24 Ore", (an Italian paper) and I think I knew the guy. They said the xrays told the wound was on the right (his right) of his heart. It was diagonally from underneath, with minimal damage!
I think somewhere close to the diaphragm.

I was wondering if anyone could use basic paint(program) skills on the picture of a chest(from Google probably) to show me on the chest where such a running through would be possible?
What organs around that area would have to be circumvented,
and what organs would absolutely have been in the way?

Talk about luck, what a thing to live through.
