I got two letter of recommendations from one doctor. Each of them is for a different speciality which I intend to apply to. How could I label them so that ECFMG will know to scan them into differnt files, and I can assign them to different specialities. Any one has experience with this?

I also have the exact same question. If the same person writes you two LOR's for two specialties, what is the best way to send and designate them to the right program. I thought of designating them as Dr. John Doe - Internal Medicine and Dr. John Doe - Psychiatry for example, but not sure it will be uploaded and linked with the correct designation as you can't see the contents to veify. This is totally confusing. Please Help! Thanks,
