can I submit my Dean's Letter in late september , is it ok?

will my application be considered as complete without it if I apply on september 1st?

If am not wrong the deans letter is released only later in the match season and even if you submit it later i guess it shud not be a big problem however check with people applying this year.

I think mspe's or deans letter is released only on november-01.

Correct - Dean's letter or MSPE are released to program on November 1
