I am doing Patho from BRS and kaplan's lecture notes.
Any input on whether Kaplan's Patho videos are really helpful or even necessary ?? They take a long time to do and the guy almost just reads off from the Lecture Notes!!
I guess they may be important for reviewing gross specimens or slides, but then does the slide/specimen review at the end of the video enough to make up for this? Webpath review is good enough as it is for reviewing slides/specimens.
Any input would be highly appreciated!!!
Thank you.

hari:
I am sticking to BRS patho and after each chapter, I review the stuff from Kaplan and review the slides from Robbins. I cant bring myself to study Patho from Kaplan - the text is too 'bulleted' and too short for comfort. For whatever its worth, I have heard of a lot of people who have felt the same regarding BRS Patho vs Kapl LNs.
Despite its rave reviews on this forum , I dont plan to use Goljan as a prim source - maybe if I can got hold of the 36 page version, I might glance over it ..
Hope this helps. Goodluck!!
