Which part of the Nephron is most sensitive to hypoxia, the Straight part of the PCT, or the thick ascending nephron???
Goljan says in his audio that the Straight Part of the PCT is most sensitive to hypoxia.
But in his lecture notes, it says that the thick part of the ascending loop of Henle is most sensitive to hypoxia.
Anyone?!!!!
