hi every one..this is my first post for CK.. Well, i took ck on july 20, though iam a slow reader...i felt comfortable with the time management..for the first four blocks...i finished in time r a min earlier..n most of the questions were 5-7 lines..., from 5th block to 8th block, i got so many full screen questions almost 35 questions in each block were full screen...but this time i even finished 5 min earlier in sixth block and left with a couple of min in the remaining blocks.... i guess either the exam went well r the worst...but i could find the answer which i thought while reading the question stem in the choices in most of the cases..n so kept going on... regd..prep..i have done usmleworld only.. there are many psychiatric questions ..may be aroung 40-50 r more...but most of the time full screen n asking for diagnosis...few gyn obs, considerable surgery n the remaining med n peds..there r several preventive medicine questions in each topic...like around 20 questions..so i recommend to concentrate on that.most of the questions revolved asking abt common diseases..n diagnosis..ofcourse there r considerable...the next step in diagnosis n management questions.. as well. on the overall i felt the exam comfortable n can be done type..but should wait for the result....

HI, I hope you get a great score! Could you tell us how many time did u study? How was your technique for not getting tired with so many full screen questions? Do you read the answers first? Good luck!

thanx valine, infliximab... to be frank, iam not sure of my result and i dont want to think untill 4 r 5 weeks. well, i read the kaplan material 4-5 times on and off as iam in a grad school.but i have done usmle world long time back once and did again 20 days b4 the exam..so even though the questions r so long ..i felt they r framed in the same way..ofcourse there r many questions regd asthma and pelvic masses ..that i was unaware of... like many others here, i used to see the answer choices r the last line so that i will know what to focus while reading the questions...n like that i worked out the lenghty questions... regd websites...just give a reading of the kaplan..n do usmleworld completely with explnations..if possible do them again fastly....its worth the time..it will increase ur speed..analyze where u r committing mistakes n avoid them...any other websites...r not that worth in my view.. read the tips for answering the questions in the first pages of q book. thanks
