Which is characterized by normal BP, decrease K, metabolic alkalosis?

b)Hypoaldosteronism

I'd say e Barrters syndrome.
I dont think it is Sjogren, hypoaldosteronism(would not have low K+), hyperaldosteronism(would have caused high BP), Liddles( I was like - what is that!!! then I found that it is a rare Autosomal dominant condition that resembles hyperaldosteronism and causes metabolic alkalosis).
So it has to be Barrters where you have a defect in the NaKCl channel on the ascending limb of the loop (where furosemide acts). So the condition mimics giving furosemide.

actually liddles I heard for the first time through this question. Barrters I had heard before, wasnt sure, so looked up some websites.
