Read this paragraph somewhere...kind of liked it...so am putting it up here (with a little editing)...just for those times when self-dout rears its ugly head from the depths of our unconscious, and asks us the question: Are We Good Enough? Every year thousands of Med Grads, old and young, low score or high 90's will throw themselves in a blender called MATCH with nothing but their credietials in their hand. Everyone of them harbors a hope that when this cylce ends, he or she will have that coveted piece of paper that says that they matched and can now move on to higher destinations. Some of them unfortunately find themselves unmatched standing on side bars and hoping that their fortunes will change in next match. What is it that seperates matched from unmatched? R V gud enough? Am i gud enought? this question pops up in our mind. Whatever be the reason, each and everyone of us should take pride in whatever we have achieved. Passing Step I with a score in 70's after 3 attempts shows that you were as determined as anyone else and refused to buckle down in the face of adversity. As per i think Key of Matching is put ur self on SALE the best way you can. And dont ask a question like" R V gud enough?" to anybody. Its a demon that lurks in the depths of our psych, and its this demon that we shall attempt to slay in the match season that lies in front of us. Yes We will. Good luck for 2007 match guys!
