hey all!i have some questions regarding history taking?i have a habit of writing points on my paper during history taking.Can i do that during exam or should i just look into patient eyes and listen to them.i always start examining by doing general exam ,looking into eyes for anemia,jaundice....etc should i do that or just stick to the system that the pt has complains of?

u can write the , but try to do it as little as necessary, andd try to look into his eyes, as much a s possible.
i dont know about second one.
