hi
im still a student planning to write CS in june end '07..
when is it best to apply for the visa as ill only have scores for one of the steps by then..

You can apply whith step 1 scores alone.If the score is 90+ you will most likely get visa with step 1 score only.However sometimes they will give you a yellow card and ask to come with step2 scores.A lot depends on the discretion of the visa counseler.
