too late to understand the concept so maybe this will work
LINE s are RETROTRANSPOSON
transposon=jumping gene
retro means RNA template utilised...
so probably transposon from an RNA template is a retrotransposon, a LINE.
so the answer is an enzyme RNA polymerase...
now if u got more than one options for the above..its likely to be RNA Poly II coz thats the one which synthesizes mRNA...
( of the three RNAs , mRNA is the likely template)
