hi

i think MI because of easy access to EKG to r/o MI .

but after through history and physical examination you can defferentiate between them, and then order the appropriate diagnostic test

if the options include EKG, administration of heparin which one to be considered then? give heparin n then take the pt to ekg?

initiation of anticoagulan therapy have a bad side effect, if your suspitious is high , you should order it, the character, duration, location and initiation of the pain and comorbide symptom and sign have the major role in defferentiate between dyspnea due to heart or lung, for example character of pain in PE is pleural but in MI , it,s not an actualy pain, it,s pressure ( visceral ).

the Hx and PH/EX have a major role
