good try., ok now i spill the beans.
1. F. the serotonin released from bronchial carcinoid goes straight into the circulation so we get a carcinoid syndrome from non-metastatic carcinoid fo bronchus
2. F. cos the tumour in the appendix is usually less than 2cm so it is not likely to
metastasize to liver which it needs to do to cause carcinoid tumour.
by the way, all carcinoid tumours are malignant.

so to summarise
all are maligant
those from the lung present with carcinoid syndrome
those >2cm in size
likely to metastasize
so risk from appendiceal is low
most common primary site of mets causing carcinoid syndrome-->terminal ileum
