Behcets involves typically eyes, genitals and oral mucosa. ofcourse cicatrical will also do that but the lisions are like exfoliation in pemphigoid and where as ulcers in mouth.

Joint involvement in the form of migr. arthritis seen in behcet's. no joint inv in cicatrical pemphigoid.
HPE also differentiates cicatrical pemphigoid frm behcet's
